CUSTOM FUEL DOORS
FOR RODS, CUSTOMS, AND TRUCKS
Our fuel doors are constructed from mild steel. They are designed to be welded into steel panels or bonded to fiberglass panels. When installing in fiberglass they are bonded to the back side and the door is set to rise up and the through the cut out. This technique eliminates seams that would surely show when shrinkage occurs. Let us know when you order so we can prepare your fuel door for a fiberglass installation. A new oval (OVC/OVF) and rectangular (RGC/RGF) door with a larger opening that makes it easier to refuel at stations that have larger vapor recovery tubes.
For the serious Chevy enthusiast we now have a BOWTIE (BTC/BTF) door that lets you show off the love of your ride.

HOW TO ORDERCut out the "actual curve" template on the edge of this page. Select a position on your vehicle and check it with the template.
-If the panel is a match or the curve of the panel is sharper but not more than the maximum curve template, you need a curved part.
-if panel is a little less than the "actual curve" template, order an unwelded curved part, Unwelded means the top skin is not welded to the housing allowing you to manipulate the contour for a perfect fit.
-If the panel is almost flat, order a flat part. You can put a slight curve in the surface to match areas like quarter panels.
-If the panel is convex, order an unwelded flat part.

Part Number example: 90 RC
90 = angle between spout and surface (90 or 45 degrees)
R = shape of the door (Round, Square, TearDrop)
C = shape of the surface (Curved or Flat/near flat)
