ORDERING & SHIPPING
Payments
Payments by Mastercard, Visa, or Certified Check insures fastest delivery. Personal checks are accepted and electronically converted, but may delay order.
UPS COD Orders will be charged a COD FEES and require a certified check or money order.Deposits
A deposit is required on special order items, body and chassis.
Shipping
All orders are shipped UPS signature required unless instructed by customer that no signature is required.
Freight Charges
Call Zig's Street Rods to get the current freight charges for your order. UPS-COD is $6.50 PLUS Freight. Minimum freight charge is $6.00. Large items such as bodies are subject to additional crating and shipping charge.
Damage
Claims for damage or lost merchandise must be made to the freight company. Zig's Street Rods must be notified of any missing part(s) within 10 Business Days from the date the order was received.
Returns
Any merchandise returned for exchange or refund must be authorized by Zig's and must be returned within 30 days of purchase and is subject to a 15% restocking charge. All returns must include a copy of the original invoice and an explanation on why you are returning the part. Parts returned must be new and in an unused condition in original packaging - no returns on painted, modified, electrical, scratched, installed, incomplete or special order parts. All returns FOB or Beaverton Store.
All returns must have a return number clearly marked on the exterior of the box.
Liability
Zig's Street Rod Center will not be held liable in anyway for personal or property damage of any kind caused by the use or the misuse of any product we sell. Zig's is a retail seller of manufactured goods and all warranties, expressed or implied by Zig's, are the warranties of the manufacturer.
